All of your data — cycles, dose logs, research notes, and settings — is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded to a server, so it stays private and available even offline.
Since data lives on-device, the best way to preserve it is to avoid uninstalling the app or clearing app data. A backup/export feature may be added in a future update.
Go to Settings → Clear All Data. This permanently removes all cycles, logs, and notes from your device.
PepTide schedules local notifications on your device to remind you about upcoming doses. These are scheduled entirely on-device and require notification permission to appear.
